Online Courses Terms and Conditions
Poetry and Creative Writing Courses 2021
When booking an online course you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Cancellations & Refunds:
You may cancel your booking and have all fees paid returned to you for the first 14 days after payment (except where the course begins within this period, in which case we do not offer refunds).
Following this initial 14-day period, cancellations of bookings may not be accepted unless we are able to fill your place from a waiting list. Please note that if you leave the course after it has begun, no refund will be made.
You should not consider your booking as definite until you receive a notification confirming your place on the course.
Changes to the Course
We reserve the right to make changes to the advertised course. On very rare occasions we may need to cancel a course; in this case we will offer you a return of all of the fees paid or an alternative course.
Conduct and Safety
Our courses rely on a supportive environment that depends on tolerance and understanding of all participants and their creative work. We therefore ask that you are thoughtful and respectful of the other writers and help foster an atmosphere conducive to creativity. We reserve the right to refuse a place and / or to exclude from a course any writer who behaves in an abusive or disruptive manner or engages in any discriminatory conduct. No refund will be given if exclusion is made for these reasons.
Comments and Complaints
While we make every effort to maintain high standards and provide high-quality experiences for all writers, you may want to offer comments or make a complaint. At the end of every course you will be given the opportunity to provide feedback. Note that all complaints should be made in writing, and we ask that you notify us within ten working days of the end of your course.
Changes to terms
We reserve the right to change or modify these Terms including for regulatory or security reasons at any time. Whilst we will flag changes and/or send emails in relation to major changes, it is your responsibility to check the Terms and Conditions for changes. If you have any questions, concerns, or comments about our Terms and Conditions please contact email@example.com
